It was designed from a communitarian perspective framed within citizenship studies, based on mixed-method research and a descriptive scope. https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76661
This article analyzes the factors that influence working-class young men and women who live in a violent territory to enter the dual education system and learn the necessary professional skills to enter a quality job. The required information was collected by means of in-depth interviews and a survey. Results show that a coordinated synchronization among family, education institutions and company mediations favors an organized school-to-work transition within hostile environments, and it is influential on the working conditions for people after graduating from a technical baccalaureate program.José Antonio Espinal Betanzo

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76662
The study analyzes the relationship between socioeconomic deprivation, consumption and criminality in young people from marginalized areas of Mexico City. This study questions the hypothesis that economic deprivation and high consumption expectations are determinants of delinquency. Based on data collected from a survey, it was revealed that the majority of participants do not experience any significant trouble satisfying basic needs, nor give great importance to luxury consumption. No high levels of frustration or tendency to get goods illegally were observed; the results, therefore, challenge the supposedly direct relation between socioeconomic deprivation and criminal tendencies, suggesting the need for more integral approaches to understand these dynamics.Minor Mora-SalasGustavo Adolfo Urbina Cortés

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76663
The next pages will analyze the meanings given to motherhood and youth transition in the implementation of a socio-educational program in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Likewise, it is examined the extent of the influence of the contemporary feminist agenda on male and female educators who accompany young people in the program. As part of this exploration, it was possible to recognize the coexistence of multiple messages about gender norms and admissible and inadmissible ways of passing through youth and motherhood experiences. During the development of the program, it was possible to identify tensions present in the interactions between their different aspects. While the official program guidelines were re-configured according to the Sexual and (non) Reproductive Rights agenda, male and female educators who accompany young people in the program have shaped their profiles based on their own life trajectories and on the moral and affective dimensions of school. As a result, control and regulation mechanisms coexist with care practices in the pedagogical accompaniment strategies for young female people. Guadalupe Fernández Chein

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76664
The interpretation of conflicts happening within the school daily life is correlated with the way it is approached and the suggested solutions. We referenced the notion of semantic configurations developed by Didier Fassin (2016) to relate it to the interpretation of high school students from Argentina on three different types of conflicts: alcohol consumption, escraches (public denunciation) against peer bullying and anonymous reports on social media. The different ways of conceptualizing problems will be linked to the consequences and solutions proposed to solve them.Lucía Litichever

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76665
This article reports the conceptions of rural student identity by young people from a public educational institution in Cundinamarca, Colombia. From a socio-critical paradigm based on a qualitative approach and by means of visual methods, social cartographies of 16 high school students were developed. As a result, four aspects are highlighted: place of origin, appreciation for the countryside, personal characteristics, and aspirations to be someone in life. It is concluded that the visibilization of the identity construction of young rural students contributes to their recognition as social subjects with agencies and resistances.José Eduardo Cifuentes Garzón

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76667

https://adnz.uchile.cl/index.php/UD/article/view/76668
