Tzetzes: Historias VII 149: una aproximación a sus fuentes

Resumen
Dentro de la tradición oriental del mito de Belerofonte, que parte de la Ilíada homérica (VI 152-206), el erudito bizantino del s. XII Juan Tzetzes lo aborda en varias de sus obras haciendo alarde de su dominio de los textos antiguos y contemporáneos. De entre ellas, por su singularidad y por ser la más sustanciosa en este sentido, nos centramos aquí en la que lleva el número 149 del libro VII de sus Historias o Quilíadas, de la que hacemos un estudio de las fuentes posiblemente empleadas, con vistas a un posterior análisis que ofreceremos en el trabajo siguiente y que nos permita adentrarnos en las razones y objetivos de su elección y de la manera en que el autor las utiliza.Palabras clave:
