Abstract

Among the multiple consequences of the international crisis, which are basically linked to the non-existence of an international regime legitimized by the main protagonists of international life, the gradual erosion of the political weight of developing countries stands out. The crisis in the international economy and the clear worsening of East-West tensions has caused, in the developing world, perplexities of all kinds. Without working in favor of increasing South-South cleavages, but rather trying to understand the international map and considering this exercise fundamental, in this article a brief survey is carried out that allows us to know where and in what shape are the regional expressions that make up Africa, Latin America and Asia.
